Terms of Service

## 1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Boss Plan platform and services provided by Boss Plan Kft. ('we', 'our', 'us'), a company registered in Hungary. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Boss Plan on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. ## 2. Service Description Boss Plan is a cloud-based business management platform that provides task management, contact management (CRM), project management, quote generation, file storage, scheduling, team collaboration, and related features. The service is provided on a subscription basis and accessed via web browser and mobile applications. ## 3. Account Registration To use Boss Plan, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. ## 4. Subscription and Payment Boss Plan is offered on a subscription basis with pricing as listed on our website or as agreed in a separate contract. Payments are due according to the billing cycle chosen (monthly or annual). Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be added where required. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. ## 5. Your Data and Content You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to Boss Plan ('Your Content'). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the service. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. ## 6. Multi-Tenancy and Data Isolation Boss Plan operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each organisation ('tenant') has its own isolated data space. We implement technical measures to ensure that data belonging to one tenant cannot be accessed by another tenant. However, the service is hosted on shared infrastructure. ## 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Boss Plan to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of others; upload malicious software or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data; use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business management; circumvent or disable any security features of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy. ## 8. Availability and Support We aim to provide Boss Plan with high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided via email during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET). Enterprise plan customers may receive enhanced support as specified in their agreement. ## 9. Intellectual Property Boss Plan, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Boss Plan Kft. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal business purposes during the subscription period. ## 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Plan Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law. ## 11. Cancellation and Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible for 30 days to allow export. After this period, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms. ## 12. Data Processing Agreement For business customers, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that details our obligations as a data processor under GDPR. The DPA covers data processing activities, security measures, sub-processor management, and data subject rights. Contact us to request a DPA. ## 13. Modifications to Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Boss Plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. ## 14. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Boss Plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law.
